Free School Meal Vouchers

From 6th April, Children eligible for free school meals will benefit from a national voucher scheme allowing them to continue to access meals whilst they stay at home.  St Teresas can now provide every eligible child with a weekly shopping voucher worth £15 to spend at supermarkets while we are closed due to coronavirus.  Parents/carers will receive an email from school containing a 16 digit e-code.

Instructions:

Before you go shopping. It may take 3 hours for the e-gift card to come through

1. Copy the 16 digit e-code you got in your email
2. Go to freeschoolmeals.co.uk
3. Pick a supermarket
4. Enter the amount (£15 per child) and add to the basket (you don’t have to use it all. You might want £5 in Tesco and £10 in Morrison’s)
5. Go to checkout
6. Enter your email address
7. The e-gift card will be delivered to your inbox
8. You will need to spend the whole amount that you have selected. No change will be given and you won’t be able to carry anything over from the e-gift card
