Jess Clarke - England Lioness

Today we were lucky enough to be joined by Jess Clarke, England Lioness and football star. She put us all through our paces as we took part in drills to ensure we got our heart pumping. 

 

She then delivered an inspirational and motivating assembly about being healthy, active and her career as a footballer, reminding us about the resilience that is sometimes needed to reach our goal.
