Reading Challenge

Good morning, we are taking part in The Lancashire Reading challenge in partnership with our local library on Ribbleton Hall Drive.

The idea is to read books and progress along the trail receiving stickers for each book read, and cards and bookmarks at certain landmark places such as 20 books read etc. There is a prize given by the library when the child reaches 50 books read.

We will give the children a book review sheet today so they can make a start over half term.  Further information can be found at:

If you aren't already a member at the library they would be happy to get you started with a library card where you can also access 100s of free electronic books on your phone/ipad etc including children's books.
