Art

It is our intention that our Art and Design Curriculum provide our children with the necessary knowledge skills and understanding to become adaptable and resilient learners.

We strive to ensure that all our pupils are exposed to a range of artistic skills such as drawing and painting, sculpting and using textiles in design.

We will provide the children with opportunities to look at the work of masters and crafts people. The children will have opportunity to practise a range of artistic skills through different media using masters as a stimulus for their work. The children will be supported to explore their own creativity and imagination.
